This Agile Scrum App got an answer called meeting icebreaker. You just need to spin a wheel and it will randomly select one team member from your predefined team members. It is simple, fun way to start your scrum meetings.
Can I use this tool for estimation planning?
For story estimation, you can use planning poker, fibonacci series, or the t-shirt sizes. It is all there in this Agile Scrum App called Agilemate. It is VERY easy to shift between different scales. We did not add any cool looking Animation to make things slow. You can also define baseline for each card. It is useful when you want to remind quickly about what each number means to you and your team.
